Welcome to Day 4 of From Invisible to Unforgettable.
This practical video and workbook is designed for artists and authors who want to publish a video online in a professional way after watching the corresponding lesson. By the end of the exercises, users will have a clear publishing plan for one video and all the necessary information to share it effectively.
The process begins by defining a single main publishing goal, such as getting people to discover artwork, learn about a book, visit a website, follow the creator, join an email list, or make contact and identifying the target audience. Next, the user chooses the most suitable platform or channel for the first publication (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, personal website, or email newsletter) and explains why it fits the intended audience. The correct video format and size are then selected according to the platform’s recommendations, which are summarized in a clear table covering horizontal, vertical, square, and portrait ratios.
A compelling title is written to both explain the subject and create curiosity, followed by a short two- or three-sentence description that tells viewers what they will discover and why it matters. One clear call to action is chosen, along with the corresponding link. Attention is also given to preparing a thumbnail or cover image that is clear, readable, visually consistent with the creator’s identity, and honest about the video’s content. An optional email announcement is planned, including a subject line, brief introduction, and button or link text.
A final checklist ensures everything is ready: goal, platform, format, title, description, thumbnail, call to action, working link, clear audio, full viewing, correct spelling, and overall readiness. The user then schedules the first publication by noting the date, platform, title, and one concrete action to take immediately afterward.
The workbook closes with a short reflection on what now feels easier thanks to having a publishing plan and what the next practical step will be. Publishing is presented not as the end of the creative process, but as the moment when the work becomes available to be discovered, understood, and remembered.
PS: Instead of worrying about tomorrow, focus on your present life. Invest time in making plans and taking necessary actions to secure a bright future for yourself.
